Paul D. Grossbard - Shareholder
Paul D. Grossbard is Shareholder with professional expertise in sophisticated tax planning and compliance and financial reporting, and management consulting in the areas of financial structuring, organizational structuring, strategic planning, and budgeting.

Major project experience includes: professional services for real estate, distribution, manufacturing, service industries, restaurants, and a variety of others. Paul is actively involved in business valuations, lost profits/damage analysis, bankruptcy, and various family law matters. Assistance with legal counsel in planning and strategizing for examination of witnesses and trial has been a facet of these engagements.

Paul has also been actively involved in due diligence projects, merger/acquisition transactions, entity structure and restructuring for tax minimization, and business startups.

David Long is the Director of Assurance Services for Miller Grossbard & associates, P.C. with professional experience in auditing and accounting. David has extensive experience working with clients in the banking, retail, restaurant, construction, manufacturing and distribution, oilfield services and oil and gas industries.

Major project experience includes audit engagements for both public and closely-held entities, as well as attestation, review, and compilation engagements. David’s strong technical and business skills include a deep understanding of GAAP, SEC rules and regulations and internal controls.

During her career in public accounting, Helen has developed expertise in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, real estate, healthcare, services and oil & gas.
